time writing

I just wish I had more stamina.  I start by 7:30 but I feel myself wobbling by 10– usually b/c I’m hungry and then I go get something to eat but I don’t have the hyperfocus of the first couple of hours and I miss it.  M, T, W, & Th I pushed it to 12 but that really meant pushing it.  I just feel like the rest of the day whatever I’m doing I just twiddling my thumbs for bedtime so I can rest enough to get back in those good hours.  Now it’s Friday and I pushed it to 2:30.  I want to reel my brain back in but I can even feel my legs and arms fussy.  I’m going to yoga tonight for the first time in ages.  Maybe if I get my body less toxic I can last longer in the chair.
